What's the Agenda?

Interventions such as local environmental quality and Clean Neighbourhoods enforcement policy initiatives, bring together measures to clean up the local environmental quality and deal with low-level environmental crime such as flytipping and graffiti. What enforcement strategies are most effective? Where do FPNs have greatest impact? Are there ways of acting on flytipping by better enforcement of traders’ Duty of Care? How can we ensure ‘pro-environmental behaviours‘ are encouraged, such as energy, water and waste reduction? What carbon impacts are achieved?
